The Friends of the Littleton Library and Museum is a group of people who provide financial and volunteer support for the Edwin A. Bemis Public Library and the Littleton Museum. The Friends have provided on-going support since 1963.

The Friends provide funding for community enhancing activities including:

  • Craft Fair
  • Year-Round Used Book Sale
  • Holiday’s Evening
  • Summer Concert Series
  • Traveling Exhibits
  • Thursday Lecture Series
  • Children’s Writing Contest
  • Adult, Teen and Children’s Programs
  • Summer Reading Program
  • Purchases for the Library and Museum

The Friends of the Littleton Library and Museum is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit service organization.

Mission Statement

The Friends of the Littleton Library and Museum is a nonprofit service organization providing financial and volunteer support for Bemis Public Library and the Little Museum. The Friends sponsor and support events to increase community awareness of these valuable community resources. The Friends offer new and current members opportunities to serve our community, to make new friends, and to insure that the Library and the Museum remain vital links to our future … and to our past.
